LESSON - Day 1

• Watch "Reading Maps" on BrainPOP Jr.
• Learn about maps by playing National Geographic's Map Games!

LESSON - Day 2

• Using our software, Neighborhood Map Machine, students will learn about grid coordinates by completing a scavenger hunt.

LESSON - Day 3 & 4

• Students will use Kidspiration to create a classroom map of the computer lab.
• Students will learn how to use the keyboard shortcuts to COPY and PASTE.
